Your files and permissions
You retain your rights in files you upload and grant EvidPic only the limited permission needed to process and transmit them as described in the interface and privacy policy.
Permitted use
Process only files you own or are authorized to handle. Do not bypass limits, disrupt the service or use crafted files to attack its processing libraries.
Illegal content and law enforcement
A valid legal request may require disclosure of available records: the uploaded file, original filename, embedded metadata, client and proxy IP fields and related request headers. Temporary files may already have been deleted when a request arrives.
Limits of automated analysis
Automated analysis is not proof of an image's origin, authenticity or legality. A missing C2PA or SynthID signal does not prove that AI was not used.
Verify important results
Keep originals and inspect important output. Conversion and compression can change encoding, color behavior, transparency or visual quality.
Service changes
Tools and limits may change as format support and security requirements evolve.
